💬 3x Saas Founder shares how to Scale Dev Teams the Right Way!
Building software for your startup doesn’t have to break the bank. Instead of hiring expensive local developers, consider offshore development. Here’s why it’s a game-changer:
💲Cost-Effective: Offshore teams offer top-notch talent at a fraction of the cost. Stretch your budget further without compromising quality.
🌎 Global Talent Pool: Access skilled developers from around the world. Whether it’s coding wizards in the Philippines or AI experts in Eastern Europe, you’ll find the right fit.
🚫 Avoid Common Pitfalls: Matt Watson, founder of a successful SaaS company, knows the ropes. Learn from his blog post on Ways He can Scale your Company with Offshore Software Development!
🚦Matt, an entrepreneur and three-time startup founder, began his entrepreneurial journey as a child, assisting his father at flea markets. At the age of 13, he delved into computer programming, spending late nights playing dial-up BBS games while attending school during the day.
📈 In 2003, Matt founded his first tech company, VinSolutions. Through bootstrapping, the company achieved over $30 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) and was eventually acquired by AutoTrader in 2011 for $150 million. VinSolutions remains the leading CRM solution in the automotive industry.
🥞 Following his tenure at VinSolutions, Matt launched Stackify, a company specializing in application monitoring for software developers. In 2021, Stackify successfully exited through acquisition by Netreo.
⚖️ Additionally, Matt established Full Scale, an offshore development company based in the Philippines. With a workforce of over 300 employees, Full Scale provides essential software development support to Matt’s SaaS ventures.
👍 Here is why we like working with Matt and his team:
Transparency: Know who’s working on your project.
Quality Assurance: Rigorous testing ensures top-quality software.
Scalability: Scale your team as your startup grows.
